Growth marketing for a mobile art therapy app, focusing on TikTok, email funnels, and content strategy to drive downloads and subscriptions.
The task was to increase app visibility and user acquisition without relying on advertising budgets. It required building a strong online presence, optimizing user journeys, and creating a content strategy aligned with the app’s psychology and art therapy values.
The project began with developing a TikTok strategy that quickly grew the community by 40k followers in 3 months. This organic growth translated into over 30k iOS app installs without any paid budget, with 100–200 new installs per week coming in steadily. Email funnels were then implemented, driving an 80% increase in app downloads and a 50% boost in subscriptions. Alongside these growth tactics, I built a full content strategy to reflect the app’s aesthetics and mission, while continuously monitoring key performance metrics (CAC, CTR, LTV) to optimize results and scale sustainably.
